FFL Transfers Done Here

ALL TRANSFERS MUST BE FROM AN FFL DEALER, NOT AN INDIVIDUAL

Jerry's Pawn and Gun is your North Central Florida Hunting and Fishing Headquarters!

We are authorized dealers for Browning, Winchester, Ruger, Smith and Wesson, Glock, Walther, Springfield, Savage, Kimber, Henry and many more! We also have used firearms at discount prices!

Along with firearms, Jerry's is also an authorized Browning Safe dealer to help ensure that you keep your firearms safe AND moisture free!

All firearm purchasers must be 21 or older, a state of Florida resident, as well as complete and pass a background check. Handgun AND Long gun purchases are released after a 3-day waiting period (complete 72 hours not including weekends and holidays) . The 3-day waiting period for a handgun may be waived (pending background check approval) if a valid concealed weapons permit is provided at the time of purchase. The 3-day waiting period for Long-guns may be waived (pending background check approval) if a valid concealed weapons permit OR a hunters safety card AND valid hunting license is provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty: Jerry's Pawn & Gun will warrant for 1 year on firearms purchased from our business as long as they meet the requirements of a "manufacture defect".

FFL TRANSFERS: A $40 transfer fee is charged (plus a $5 background check fee, per the Florida Dept. Of Law Enforcement and tax) at the time the firearm is picked up from our store. Fees vary when shipping firearms from our store to another FFL holder.

*Class III transfers are $100.

All PAWN REDEMPTIONS also require a background check (plus a $5 background check fee, per FDLE). Please be sure you are allowed to own a firearm back BEFORE pawning! Firearms can not be released without passing a background check.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS keep accurate records of your firearms (this includes the make, model and serial number), in the event that your firearm is misplaced OR stolen, this information is needed to file a police report.
